“AISASの法則” [HiroHiko ShiRen]

マーケティングや広告の教科書に必ず出てくる
“AIDMAの法則”というのがあります。

AIDMAの法則とは、
Attention（注意）→
Interest（関心）→
Desire（欲求）→
Memory（記憶）→
Action（行動）の頭文字を取ったもので、
アメリカのローランド・ホールが提唱した
「消費行動」のプロセスに関する仮説です。

つまり、
人は注意が向いたものに関心がいき、
何かしらの欲求が生まれそれを記憶し、
その結果、行動にうつすというわけです。
これは、その購買に至るまでの一連の心の動きを表しています。

なので、広告をうつ際には
この“AIDMAの法則”に沿って訴えかけることが
一番効果があがると言われてきました。

しかし、

最近はこの消費行動に変化が現れているようです。

著書『ホリスティック・コミュニケーション
　　　（秋山隆平、杉山恒太郎　宣伝会議）』の中に
“AISASの法則”として紹介されています。

AISASの法則とは、
Attention（注意）→
Interrest（関心）→
Search（検索）→
Action（行動）→
Share（共有）の頭文字を取ったものです。

つまり
最近の消費者は何か注意をひかれ関心がわいたら
そのあとに、まずネットで検索をするというのです。

キーワード検索して、ネット場で情報を集め
その後に購買に至るのです。

さらに、
購買に至った後にブログやSNSなどで商品のレビューを
書き込みます。

この書き込まれたレビューや日記が、
また第三者の購買行動へとつながる情報財となるのです。

これからの広告展開を考える時には
AISASの法則の中にある
[Search(検索)] or [Share(共有)]を意識した
プロモーションをうつ必要がありそうです。

現状、SEO対策であったりアフィリエイトが妥当なところでしょうか。
アフィリエイトであれば、A8.netあたりがオススメです。
